I Won an Amazing Giveaway!

Ok so before we get started, I just wanna say that this is in no way me bragging or showing off – this is just a girl who never wins a giveaway, who happened to win a giveaway, who still can’t believe she won a giveaway, showing you her giveaway.

So I entered a giveaway (DOH) hosted by World Duty Free on Twitter – just a simple retweet and bam! I was in. I didn’t think anymore of it, so was completely bowled over last Friday morning when I was notified that I’d won! Me!

With that, I thought I’d share with you what I received – I’m so incredibly thankful & feel hugely lucky, so WDF, on the off-chance you read this – thank you thank you thank you.

Now you can call this coincidence or spooky but – it just so happened that I’d been cursing the fact I was all out of setting spray the same morning that I was told I’d won – imagine my face then, when I found out I’d won not one, but TWO! & by Urban Decay too! I’ve never used either of these before, but my pal’s used one and has said it’s brilliant! Have you tried it before?! Let me know!

How blinking cute are these minis though!? Of all the items, I’ve only ever owned the Roller Lash mascara before so I’m excited to see what everything else is about, especially the Porefessional Primer!

Kiehl’s Creamy Avocado Eye Treatment 

This is the sweetest looking little pot! I’ve heard of Kiehl’s before, so I’m looking forward to finally trying one of their products! Debenhams says “This unique, concentrated texture is enriched with avocado to gently moisturise the delicate eye area without migrating into eyes.”

I mean avocado is all kinds of good for you right?!

Nars #Jetsetter Eye, Cheek & Lip Palette

How beaut is this! I’m in love with how shimmery the lid is (see top pic!) – the set includes a peach lipgloss, three eyeshadow shades in soft vanilla, copper penny & black galaxy (love the names!). Then you lift up the little eyeshadow part to reveal a Laguna bronzer & an Orgasm blush. The perfect travel handy set, I’m thinking of taking it with me for a weekend away!

Eve Lom Cleansing Balm

How elegant is this box though?! I’ve not heard of the brand before, but the packaging is so grand I almost don’t want to open it! Look Fantastic tells me this: –

Urban Decay Naked HEAT Palette 

HOW EXCITED WAS I TO WIN THIS. I’ll not spin you an Oliver Twist, but I’ve never owned a high-end makeup palette – the most I’ve ever spent on one is £10 which I think was one of the Maybelline Nudes!? So when I saw I’d won this, I didn’t cry. Did not cry a button. Not even a sniffle..

I’ve literally held it like it’s a golden ticket to Willy Wonka’s choc factory! I’ve sat looking at it like it’s blummin’ treasure – you’re probably laughing away at me but honestly, I feel so made up and lucky to own it! Plus how gorgeous are the shades?! I’m such a sucker for burgundy and smokey colours… IT’S SO AUTUMNAL I’M GONNA DIE.
